Growing Up Together Health Ed

Our Mission Statement

Growing Up Together Health Ed empowers 5th grade students and their families to navigate puberty with knowledge, confidence, and open communication. Through interactive, 90‑minute, age‑appropriate workshops, we provide clear, accurate information about the physical, emotional, social, and mental changes of puberty, while creating a supportive space where questions are welcomed and feelings are respected.

Our mission is to help students understand that puberty is a normal part of growing up, that everyone develops at their own pace, and that they are never alone in what they’re experiencing. At the same time, we equip parents and caregivers with practical tools, language, and strategies so they can continue these conversations at home with calm, confidence, and care.

By partnering with schools and aligning our program with New York State Health Education Learning Standards, we aim to strengthen school–family collaboration, promote healthy decision‑making, and build a foundation of trust, respect, and body confidence that students can carry with them into adolescence and beyond.

Our Maturation Experts

We are a dedicated team of health educators committed to providing a supportive and professional environment for students to explore their growth and development.
